Stacy Powell is the owner and President of Powell Property Network Inc. Her experience in Real Estate began as the Team Leader for the Lynchburg Virginia Market Center. Over her three year term as Team Leader, Stacy quickly realized her passion for Real Estate Investing and working with Buyers & Sellers to assist with developing Real Estate Portfolios and making life changing Real Estate Investments. Her past experience as Team Leader and working in Sales , Marketing and the Pharmaceutical industry made the transition into Real Estate seamless. Stacy’s passion for the Keller Williams models, systems and training was instrumental in growing Powell Property Network so quickly. Stacy has been blessed to Recruite five strategic positions and the Powell Property Network team continues to expand. With over 30 rental properties, both short, mid and long term, and hundreds of transactions the team has been busy. Stacy is blessed to have her husband of 35 years D.H. Powell, who is also a KW agent, by her side as well as an amazing Director of Operations, Full time designer and stager and Property Management Team. In addition, the past couple of years has seen expansive growth in Commercial Transactions and land and New Construction Development. Stacy is excited about the investment opportunities in the upcoming year. In her free time you’ll find her traveling and spending time at beautiful Smith Mountain Lake where she finds time to recharge her batteries and of course sell a “little” real estate.
